I was speaking to Fyre, and she expressed the concern that "ON WHEELS" is like a vandal craze. It could be just lots of different people using the same theme because it annoys us. Or it could be like you said, or it could be a group of friends, each being a different wheel vandal. I guess all we can do is revert, rollback and block.
