I don't see why the SSBB part of the article should be in the present tense, as it would be factually wrong - saying it "Is available on Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection" is wrong, since neither the mode itself, nor the service are available. :Did you not see the cleanup tag right there at the top of the page? It's in present tense because nobody fixed it yet, not because of some conscious effort to keep it present tense. ::No, I did see it, but Qwerty's last edit added additional to the cleanup, saying "should ''not'' be in past tense", and changed one instance of past to present, so I'd be breaking SW:1RV.
