I think that there should be sections for when to request for adminship (so a section that gives advice on what should be considered before submitting an RfA) and a section that would explain when administrative rights should be revoked from a user. The same sections are on [[SmashWiki:Rollback]] (except for rollback obviously), so it should be appropriate that they are here too.
