This stage is universally [[Banned stage|banned]] in serious tournaments due to the large and frequent number of overly powerful and disruptive hazards that Palkia, Dialga, and [[Cresselia]] can create that frequently disrupt gameplay or easily result in a turning tide for a lucky player (particularly when Palkia flips the stage sideways or turns it upside down). The bottom cavern of the stage also acts as a large [[cave of life]] to combatants, prolonging brawls and promoting stalling. The overall stage design with the separated top area and bottom area can allow for [[circle camping]] as well.
