Hi, there's absolutely no need to tell a user they're going to get blocked, when you are unable to give them the block yourself. :Had you not already told him that he would get blocked for violating a rule, then I wouldn't have made such a comment. However, my line of thinking was that you'd already told the user that he would get blocked, should he violate the rules, which he did. I'll have another read through the page, however.
