-#Final Smashes are designed to grant the player an epic KO. Dragoons, on the other hand, are meant as an actual tactical item, created as a means to introduce a level of uncertainty. This means Dragoons are more useful but Final Smashes tend to be more fun to use. Tough one here. Honestly, I'd go with Smash Ball, because no matter what, when you get it and use it properly, you'll be satisfied. With the Dragoon, however, when you're on a team, it becomes really annoying when the dragoon pieces are split between you and your teammate.
