Sonic did a huge downgrade from Mid to Mid/LOW tier. Bowser was saved from bottom tier and Ganondorf is no longer bottom again and now it's Peach. Captain Falcon was nominated to be alone in S Tier, but Meta Knight was seemingly better than Captain Falcon and beat him to the punch.
