Kansai 2011 (or 4th Kansai) was a national Smash 64 tournament held in the Kansai region of Japan. The tournament format was Single Elimination and Best-Of-1 until the Best-Of-3-Finals. The only legal stage was Dreamland. It was played with 5 stocks as opposed to later tournaments with 4 stocks only.
