'''gav''', formerly known as '''Nova''', is an American [[smasher]]. He began playing on Kaillera in 2009 when he was completely new to the game, but over time he learned and improved greatly. He is not a very technical player but makes up for it with his good spacing and the ability to read his opponent well. He is currently ranked 2nd on the [[Georgia Power Rankings]]. In 2018 at console tournaments he took sets from {{Sm|Birra}}, {{Sm|B33F}} (who would go on to be ranked 56th in the [[2018 64 League Rankings]]) and the controversial {{Sm|Studstill}}, among others.
