I'd love to see [[Ultimate]] revert to how something minor worked in [[Smash 4]]: the post-battle [[Gold]] counter. In 4, if memory serves me right, you had to press the A button once, and it showed how much Gold that battle earned you. This number stayed visible until the final or first-to-last A button press on the [[Results screen]]. In Ultimate, you have to press the A button once and stop, because pressing it again will permanently hide the number of Gold earned. Unlike how the rest of the Results screen works, you can't press the B button to return to the Gold count slide. This mechanic makes it really hard to determine just how much in-game currency a match has netted you, and it worked better in a previous installment. Why was this change made in "Ultimate"?
