:Initial dash speed seems to be higher, though we can't really reliably confirm that. Jab does 10% now, as shown [https://youtu.be/2mvwlO3k9gw?list=PLDZq8Mr5S25d-IuFXSTZoQrot7PC4WnvJ&t=88 here] where jab is fresh and the damage multiplier isn't on because of items. I don't see why timing it right would change the damage, though. Also, I counted bair's startup in several videos and it has the same startup as Smash 4. I'll go ahead and add jab's damage reduction.
