:That as far as I can tell was in good faith. As for the other matter, yes, if you have an account but you use your IP instead, in most cases we do consider that a case of sockpuppetry. However, we can't infinite block IPs, so there are some exceptions to this matter. I myself am not too sure of all the details, since I don't see many cases like that. Hey, I wanna bring up attention to this matter which has been annoying me, a lot of users and probably you as well for quite some time. Some random IPs (which I'm pretty sure are the same person/people since they always edit the same way) are constantly edit warring to remove the fact that IcyMist is currently the best Samus in the world, as shown by results and wins, and is pretty much the consensus right now. The pages have been protected I think twice already but they keep coming back inputting the same false information. I've tried opening a discussion on IcyMist's talk page as well as the IP's but they never answer, forcing an edit war. How can we prevent this from continuing?
