 The first PR (Q1 2016) is the PR that contained the least amount of players that were on the following PR, mostly due to a lack of results between common players. This PR was constructed almost entirely by Meerkat, as he was the only player that not only had attended Smash 64 tournaments in every major scene, but was the only player who attended a tournament outside of his home scene.
-Interestingly, since the first PR, Meerkat is the only player to make the PR while maining a character other than Kirby or Captain Falcon.
