@Ganonmew: I never really said that your tier list was bad. Your tier list was good too. This tier list looks out of date.
*Why do you have "top" tier along with number tiers. Why would one character be in "top" tier while an another be in "S" tier?
*Cloud being #1 is debatable. His results in major tournaments are worse than other characters.
*Pikachu at 4th is just wrong, its results are way worse than that. It has poor KO power, damage output and range.
*Zero Suit Samus has fallen off quite a bit. Her results aren't quite that good but Nairo did win SSC 2016. She has no rising aerials and her tilts are pretty bad. She also notably loses to Diddy.
*Diddy is way too low. He has great results and is even ranked 1st on the official tier list. He should be at least top 10.
*Ike isn't that good.
*Mewtwo is significantly too low. His recovery isn't even bad. His results are much better than that. His move are better than decent.
*Doc is too low.
*R.O.B's up air doesn't need to be nerfed if he's ranked where you put him.
*Villager is higher than he should be.
*Pac-man is too high.
