1. No, Brawl- shouldn't be included; PM is the only mod that was given some leeway with things like this. 2. 3DS has all but died out with Wii U's release (they're both Smash 4, after all), and there have only been FOUR 100+ man tournaments for it.
(not sure if B- should be there though Smash3DS definitely should; is B- deserving of notability in the same way as PM?) |
