Unlike most characters, I feel like Mewtwo should be restored to its Melee incarnation, but not entirely. This is probably the most buff I would like on a single character.
Atributes
- Weight: Increased by four units.
- Air Speed: Heavily increased.
- Rolls: Cover more distance.
Ground attacks
- Neutral infinite: Does .4% more damage each hit. Finisher is quicker.
- Dash attack: Lingering hitbox lasts five more frames.
- All tilts: Range improved. One frame less start up and end lag.
- Up tilt: All hitboxes other than near hitbox does .5% more damage. Near hit box does 1% more damage. More active frames.
- Forward smash: If the b button is tapped while the move is charging, the move turns into dark pulse. Although it deals less damage and is weaker, it has far more range and hitboxes, and has much less start up and end lag.
- Up smash: Has a vacuum effect and some lingering hitboxes.
- Down smash: If the finger connects, the opponent receives poison damage.
Aerials
- Neutral air: Less landing lag. Deals 5% more damage if all hits connect. Sparks spread out a little further.

- Up air: 1% more damage for mid and near hitbox, 3% more damage for far hitbox. Tip of the tail freezes opponents.
Grabs and throws
- Grab: Range slightly improved.
- Pummel: Deals .4% more damage.
- Back throw: A little more knockback scaling.
- Up throw: KOs 10% sooner.
- Up throw: A little more end lag.
- Down throw: Much less end lag.
Specials
- Teleport: Now has virtually no landing lag. Different animation from air dodges.
- Disable: More range.
