1. The characters can be unlocked in any order. 2. That doesn't make any sense. 3. What exactly does that have to do with the event?

 *The song for this event match is ''{{SSBBMusicLink|Nintendo|Balloon Trip}}'', otherwise unavailable on Castle Siege. This may be in reference to Jigglypuff's species in the ''Pokémon'' series being the "Balloon Pokémon".
