Been up for deletion for awhile and is currently 6-5 oppose (counting Tepig as an oppose since he doesn't want it deleted unless Knee Smash is also deleted, which doesn't seem to be happening)
(Wrong, Zelda's Lightning Kick was not buffed in terms of knockback. Knockback base/knockback growth for fair and bair in Brawl is 40/95 and 44/96. It was lowered down to 24/95 and 28/96 in smash 4.)
