I could trust you to be responsible and keep a level head, and to help newer users. We do have a shortage of admins (although this RfA may inadvertantly bring Omega Tyrant back, like Ye Olde Toasteth RfA did), which your promotion would help with. But as Mega pointed out, we haven't seen you get involved with disagreements and disputes, and even just user interaction in general.
