Shogo Sakai (酒井 省吾 Sakai Shougo, born 1960) is a Japanese composer who is currently employed by HAL Laboratory. He has done work for Super Smash Bros. Melee, as well as Super Smash Bros. Brawl, and was the Arrangement Supervisor for the Kid Icarus: The Underworld music, and was also the Composition and Arrangement Supervisor for Mother: Porky's Theme, which happened to be his own original work.
