I was thinking about putting in an exception line something like "exceptions may be made for users who are clearly wiki-capable from the outset" but of course that's nebulous. I was also unsure about the artificla discussion limit, but it seemed like a good idea to force discussions to be minimal; it can probably be removed with no problem. | |||
