:I hope Miles doesn't mind me answering this for him: First of all, Paper Bowser may not seem troll-ish here, but he has trolled and flamed on the [[SW:IRC|IRC channel]], resulting in his block there (he's apparently become unblocked), as well as on other Brawl-related sites. Second, when the checkuser was run against PB and BNK, they were found to have the same browser agent and the same operating system; in fact, all the computer information that you can obtain via a checkuser were identical. It's '''''extremely''''' unlikely that they're two different persons; also, BNK says that they live in the same apartment, not that they're siblings, which means their computers should be different, not the same. Block evasion, results in a block regardless due to the implications of letting a blocked person edit again. For these reasons, Miles has blocked PB for these three months. As an afternote, Paper Bowser still has the ability to edit his talk page, so if he wanted to defend his case to shorten his block, he should have done it a long time ago.
