The tournament series is not limited to West Virginia and multiple of the ranked players are not residents of the state. We have many players who compete from around the globe including players from Italy and Mexico. :In the end, it comes down to notability. We can't have every single tournament/PR that ever happened listed on the wiki, or it would be pretty disastrous, and it's made worse by the fact that the wiki doesn't have guidelines for tournament notability yet. That's something we'll have to get to within the next few months tbh. Tournaments received as many entrants as other accepted PR regions such as Saigon. Notability rules currently listed on the Notability page currently do not have guidelines for tournaments or rankings. Cyber (talk) 21:53, May 12, 2020 (EDT)
- (edit conflict) The difference is that Saigon's scene is much smaller than West Virginia's, and as such does get a bit more leeway.
