:You did a math error, the clone range of 85%-100% is only 15%, not 25%.
:If you think that Ganondorf's up tilt is not cloned I don't know what to tell you. It is a very clear example of a cloned move, with its only non-hitbox difference being "is carried out at a different speed". The Link bombs and Roy's FS I can see your viewpoint with, but I stand by my opinions that they are not different enough to be worth debating whether to give them a 0.5.
