It's conformed by a small chiptune intro based on "City Trial: City" from Kirby Air Ride, then "Forest/Nature Area" (the theme of Rainbow Route, the first level in Kirby & The Amazing Mirror), changing to "Flame/Lava Area" (the theme for Mustard Mountain) in the second half of the song. This is a direct port of "Woods Wayfarer", the song played in the second stage of Cookie Country in Kirby's Return to Dream Land.
