They do. The only one I can remember is where they recline on their side, though.

Pokemon trainer idle?

Split

Crouching Idle

I noticed that some characters have an "idle animation" of sorts when crouching (for example, for Banjo & Kazooie, Kazooie briefly pops her head up to look around, while Banjo looks at her, removing his hands from his head momentarily.)
