Overview[edit]
A purely offensive variant of the move which does not reflect projectiles and deals knockback instead of spinning opponents around. Also deals 4.2% more damage than the default variant and has the electrical effect.

Trivia[edit]
- Shocking Cape does actually have an active reflector. However, the reflector has a 1% damage limit, it is extremely tiny (0.1u) and it has a 0.1x duration multiplier, making it impossible to use.
