Edit summaries
I'm getting a bit concerned about many of the edit summaries you are making as of late. Quite a few of them could be crossing the line of opinion, and because many of them are also written pretty aggressively, it could also spark problems with other users on this wiki and maybe attract vandals. Not to mention that the edit summaries make your edits look like vandalism themselves, diverting attention towards good faith edits when it really shouldn't, which can also be a problem. So uh... maybe tone it down a little bit, okie? Thanks :) <span style="color: black;">Black Vulpine</span> of the <span style="color: black;">Furry Nation</span>. <span style="color: #CC5500">Furries make the Internets go! :3</span> 21:28, 27 June 2017 (EDT)
:As outlined on my userpage, I put stupid comments and jokes that don't fully represent how I really feel in my edit summaries all the time, and if you jump back to 2011 or so, you'll see it's something I've done for forever. They're just stupid sentences, nothing more, nothing less. I can try to... "tone it down", but I can't guarantee I'll completely stop. Sometimes, you just have no choice but to call a spade a spade.

About Palutena's dances
Since she's using her staff to assist her in performing those dances, they technically are pole dances, regardless of where her staff is positioned. This is evident by the fact that there are a number of pole dances that can be performed while not having one's legs being positioned around the pole during the dance.
And while pole dancing will pretty much always be viewed first and foremost as an erotic dance, in recent years, it has nevertheless been promoted as an acrobatic exercise and a recreational activity. It's even started to have competitions as well. Take from this what you will.

Your "how to admin" essay
Is terrific for the most part. I have one problem though, and that is a concern that your dig on Brian breaks NPA (no matter how true it may be). Could you possibly revise that bit? <span style="font-family:Monotype Corsiva;font-size:12pt"><span style="color:#083;text-shadow:0px 0px 3px #0b7">Serpent</span> <span style="color:#ed0;text-shadow:0px 0px 3px #fd0">King</span></span> 16:29, 3 July 2017 (EDT)
:I intentionally used the word "plonker" because it's not a particularly biting word, imo. I have since reworded the essay, however, as to address this criticism, especially since Brian is now fading out of the consciousness of the Wiki.

PM National Characters
I was bored and saw your question, so I decided to look and see.
In 3.6, Diddy Kong, Snake, Sheik/Peach (Malachi plays both often so I don't know where to put that), Mr. Game & Watch, Donkey Kong, Captain Falcon, Wolf, Meta Knight, Wario, and Lucas have all won nationals.
In earlier versions, Roy, Fox, Ike, Bowser, Pit, Sonic, Mewtwo, and Jigglypuff/Mario (I have never seen VoDs from this event so I wouldn't know how much hbox played each character) have won nationals.
I feel like a list of characters that have made it into top 8 at a PM national would be even more interesting. Diamond444 (talk) 14:01, 9 July 2017 (EDT)
:Huh, pretty interesting. I know PM generally has pretty good character diversity, but I didn't think it would be that good.
:Also, ha ha, of course Ike, Roy, and Mewtwo would have won tournaments before 3.6.
:Thanks for the info.

Assuming bad faith
So as you've told me, you thought that what Alex initially said to you was bad faith. Well, I'm sorry to tell you, but that's where your first mistake was: failure to assume good faith. And it's unfortunate, but it all spiraled downhill from there. Now do you see why assuming bad faith is a bad idea? Assuming bad faith should never be done for anything but vandalism, and even then, it should not be done lightly. If there is even the tiniest shred of doubt in the back of your mind about it being bad faith, it shouldn't be treated as bad faith. Take this edit, for instance. It looks like it might have been vandalism. But sometimes animals do voice roles, so I instead removed it under the grounds of it being speculative trivia. No bad faith.
I'm not saying that it's all your fault or that you started it. It's just that even if what Alex did is unacceptable, you're not completely blameless in this. So in the future, please try to keep in mind that you must ALWAYS assume good faith, because you have found out the hard way what the consequences of assuming bad faith are. <span style="color: black;">Black Vulpine</span> of the <span style="color: black;">Furry Nation</span>. <span style="color: #CC5500">Furries make the Internets go! :3</span> 20:28, 16 July 2017 (EDT)
:I am aware of AGF, but ultimately, there comes the question of where good and bad faith start and end. Admittedly, I'm more likely to assume bad faith when it comes to "serious" topics of discussion, such as policies and proposals, than I am for regular mainspace articles; the edit you provide, for instance, I would consider unquestionably good faith, as there exists a number of ambiguities regarding the topic. Alex's edit, however, just smacked of bad faith to me, as I consider policies and resultant discussions to be serious points of discussion, not a time where someone says the entire process is "tedious". I'm perfectly okay with jokes, but to just brush off a serious point of debate is unnecessarily rude and flippant, in my view, and I attempted to obliquely tell him that his inability to take the debate seriously was a detriment to the discussion; I did not expect him to seriously respond to my "105" joke, and I only referenced it as my own attempt to inject humour. My later callbacks were intended to tie it in with my main point, but I guess some people, such as yourself, saw it as in poor taste (something that I specialise in lol).
:I am unsure if there is anything the two of us can do to resolve this, as we stand on different positions that I feel neither of us can easily change. I can try to broaden when I view as a good faith edit, but I hope you can at least see where I'm coming from when it came to Alex's remarks.
:--- <font face="Pristina"><font size="3">Monsieur Crow, Author Extraordinaire</font></font>,  20:44, 16 July 2017 (EDT)
::Okay I was originally going to stay out of this but I feel as though I really need to address this. Firstly, I would like to apologize for the hidden message thing, as that was completely uncalled for on my part, but I would also like to clarify a couple of things. Firstly, I did not "brush off" your proposal. As I stated, it just seemed unnecessary to me to tell people that they should make edits if they see fit to do so, especially since YAV and the welcome template kinda give off that vibe already. The part about the number of proposals was supposed to be a completely separate, and genuine question. Looking back on it now, I completely understand that the way I worded it was careless, and potentially came of as insulting, but I really didn't mean it that way, and there is an explanation for why I did not realize it at the time, which I will get into.
::Secondly, the main reason for the coded message thing was because, due to that same reason, I wrongly believed that after the exchange on the proposal, you were "watching me", and waiting for me to make a mistake so you could point it out, due to how quickly you responded when I didn't add the categories on the uploads. Again, looking back on this now, that was a very stupid assumption.
::Now for the explanation. This isn't exactly a secret per se, as I have mentioned it before, but I have ASD (more specifically Asperger's Syndrome), and it sometimes causes me to act rashly or not properly think about my actions. I nonetheless take full responsibility for my careless actions, and would like to again sincerely apologize for my behaviour. :::Apology accepted, and water under the bridge, man. I can perfectly see where you're coming from (I have had a number of autistic and depressive tendencies in the past, but that's a pretty long story), and to that end, I hope you can see where I'm coming from, and that you can accept my own apology. I hope both of us have learnt from our stupid mistakes, and I hope we can avoid such a confrontation in the future.
:::Again, apologies, and thanks.
