The rule for character usage is that a character needs to help contribute towards a set win in tournament in order to be added (so basically, at least one game in a set that they win). Sets where they lost but ended up winning a game do not count. Please keep this in mind for future edits! For the record, characters that are considered to be sandbagging characters for certain players that are only used in pools (such as M2K's Pichu) are also generally excluded from being listed. The reasoning for this is that the characters [[Talk:Kings of Cali 3|did not have any real impact on their placing and they could have used any character to beat their opponent]].
