I decided to make it four rows. It's more symmetrical and fits the BBR's arbitrary tier groupings, which while utterly pointless ends up being a bit of a bonus. It looks like someone changed it because they didn't like all the empty spaces in the previous format, but if it's too long I'll change it back.
