:I agree. It actually hurts Ganondorf more than his increased fall speed (in the early days of Smash 4, I actually recall hearing his falling speed was slower than in Brawl), because it makes it so his gravity is even higher than his slightly above average fall speed, which makes him much easier to combo and worsens his recovery, but unlike a faster fall speed, there is absolutely no benefit off of a faster gravity.
