In Smash Tour

In Smash Tour, Energy Tank is a red item. A player can use an Energy Tank at the beginning of a battle to be healed by 100% damage should their damage exceed 100%. It is functionally similar to the Fairy Bottle.

Origin

Energy Tanks are recurring single-use items in the Mega Man universe, where Mega Man can use them to restore his health to full at any time. However, they were relatively rare outside of the instances where they can be purchased from shops. Similar Tank items exist that restore Mega Man's weapon energy (the W tank), or both his health and weapon energy at the same time (the M and S tanks).
