A single Lurchthorn appears in the destroyed transformation of Reset Bomb Forest, where it hovers near the bottom of the screen.
In Smash Run
Lurchthorns appear as durable, large enemies which slowly fly around, shooting projectiles from the segments of their body. Each segment can be destroyed independently, but destroying the head is the only way to defeat it.
Lurchthorns are also part of the enemy waves in the Kid Icarus version of the Vs. Enemy Team final battle.
Trophy information
The Lurchthorn trophy is exclusive to Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS.
