This appears to be either vague or inaccurate. As far as I know Jigglypuff cannot stop charging rollout once she's started (unless she recieves hitstun from someone/something else). Can this be verified or at least have it be explained in more detail? Pyitoechito (talk) 15:43, 17 October 2014 (EDT)

:None of the buttons seem to do anything during a Rollout charge, nor does it seem to stop by itself. The fact that no-one has explained this by now certainly makes it seem incorrect, so I've removed it. Zyrac (talk) 10:26, 23 October 2014 (EDT)

I am unsure if this is true, but from my experience in smash 4 I beleive that Sing (up special) was buffed in SSB4 as well. In previous games I was unable to stun players long enough to kill them with a rest, but now I seem to be able to do so. Can somebody please run a check on this to see if I'm right?
