There were lots of instances of us Brawling after this, but none were particularly notable, as I was yet to win. I came relatively close though :P

But even after Omega Tyrant disappeared from the Wiki, we still found opportunities to Brawl again. While I obviously lost most, I've actually racked up some wins, beating new main Lucario with Fourth Sword, and also beating his Ganondorf with the same chap, bringing justice to Hyrule.

I finally got one more chance to play him before the Wi-Fi went down, using my new main R.O.B. I still never actually won a match, but as per usual, I came close at the start, before gradually performing worse. My Olimar did surprisingly well, and I had a lot of fun in a King Dedede vs Bowser before ruining it by self-destructing.

This was odd. I went into the fight as the host with items turned on, and PSIWolf had them turned off. The first match featured items, and PSIWolf won. The 2nd match also featured items, and I won, making use of Knee Smashes, Falcon Punches and Raptor Boost meteor smashes. I went into a third match in Mushroomy Kingdom with Jigglypuff, but when items appeared again, PSIWolf disconnected, telling me to turn items off. When we reconnected, he hosted, so I thought his item rule would apply, but after one item-free match where I lost with Jigglypuff, we played another match where items showed up, as I still had them turned on. PSIWolf disconnected again, and on the third reconnection, I set items to None. But they showed up anyway! I then disconnected, and PSIWolf couldn't be bothered to fight again. We generally seemed an even-ish match throughout, though.

Recently, we rematched each other. We were a very even match throughout, both of us getting our fair share of cool KO's (PSIWolf's Wolf Flash Meteor Smash was AMAZING), and we won almost as many matches as each other. It is worth pointing out, however, that PSIWolf is only 12, and plays with the Wii Remote on its side (how?), despite owning a controller (even weirder), so if he learnt to use the GameCube controller, maybe he could become a little better. Another thing of note is that while I generally suck with Toon Link due to my tendencies to Stall-then-fall off the stage, when I'm not Self-Destructing constantly, I'm pretty good with the guy. Namely the purple Palette swap whom I call 'Fourth Sword'.

I first wound up Brawling LightningBlue during some sessions with Bandit. LightningBlue did actually get a cool Super Jump Punch KO on me while 3-way matches were ongoing, but when we slimmed to one-on-ones, it was clear who the better player was. I often self-destrcuted with Mets Knight and Ganondorf in my matches against LightningBlue, to the point where I have one stock, and LightningBlue has three, yet I still prevail the winner.

Then an issue occurred that I had not encountered while Brawling SmashWikidians before. during a one-on-one, though Bandit has also done this during matches with myself and Shaun's Wiji Dodo. When I was winning with Ike to a certain extent, LightningBlue disconnected. He also did this in the following match where I played as Ike. And then he left altogether. LightningBlue was not on the IRC at the time for me to talk to, though this was something I did not expect, and hope not to see again from anyone.

Guacamole is a Toon Link main, like myself, so dittos were to be expected. In our first ditto, we were even throughout, but I still won in the end. All dittos afterwards were more decisively in my favour. To improve his Toon Link, Guacamole needs to substiture his down airs for bombs. Guacamole used down airs far too much, and he used Bomb about twice per match. Guacamole also considers Pit to be a secondary of his, but this Pit needs a lot of work doing to make it stand a chance against even a relatively competent player. Guacamole has potential to be a good player, but it may be a while before he can catch up to players around my skill level. I get along with Guacamole as a person very well though, as we're both fans of LP'er LuckySevenDX :P

Tnaryt Agemo
A user who only recently appeared, closely linked to Omega Tyrant. He plays a good Kirby, as such, I lost to him in every match I played against him. I did come close to victory on a few occasions, but it wasn't quite enough. Tnaryt Agemo could perform all the same Brawling techniques as Omega Tyrant, being able to DI, momentum cancel, ukemi and the like. Mysteriously, he also knew exactly how to fend off my playstyle, as if we'd Brawled lots of times before. I'm not sure how Tnaryt Agemo had this knowledge, but I shall pass on this warning to his future opponents; Tnaryt Agemo may have the ability to read minds.
User
Indeed, the time had finally come for me to face off against Smash Master. It's clear to see he'd changed somewhat from the Smash Master we've all come to know, only rolling when I have a wave of projectiles coming his way, and actually learning some decent combos with throws. Side smashes were still used plentifully, however.
I put myself at a clear disadvantage for our matches; I used a set of component cables to connect the Wii to the TV that can cut out on occasion, I was in a Skype call with a group of friends, possibly lowering my attention and increasing lag, and I had Blu Tack around my control stick and C-Stick. This Blu Tack was present because I use it to cushion potential noises while I am Let's Playing Super Smash Bros. Brawl.
The component cables did not make much of an impact, though the Skype call and Blu Tack did alter my performance. The Skype call distracted me and caused me to lose focus on occasion, and the Blu Tack's tendency to have my control sticks get briefly stuck led to me relying on Smash Attacks, or not being able to use my desired attack quickly enough.
I defeated Smash Master more often than I lost to him, though the amount of losses I suffered was still uncomfortable. Smash Master had a clear problem with projectiles. Either he would try to pull a string of rolls to dodge my projectiles, or just continue shielding until the shield was so small, I could damage him. My easiest wins came as a result of simply keeping my distance and spamming projectiles. Smash Master also had a clear emphasis on offense. Many times, I would be able to approach Smash Master, and then just bring out the shield. Smash Master would attack, and I would then punish him. It's a shame I didn't employ this tactic more, force of habit led to me going more on the offensive, which is not the way to fight Smash Master. The final flaw Smash Master showed off was that he was completely adamant in opening with a forward throw. If I were on 0% damage, I could just keep my distance, and projectile spam him, Smash Master being completely clueless how to retaliate, as he somehow still thought that going for a grab would be a good idea.
I would give myself a positive matchup over Smash Master, but at this moment, not an especially strong one. I might play him another time with the Blu Tack off, and hopefully with some more shielding on both ends.
User
Yes, there's finally another British user on the wiki! Scr7 claimed to be pro-amateur on his userpage, so even though pro-amateur level is hardly semi-pro or professional level, I expected to be pretty much mullered in every match. I don't remember that much of my first batch of Brawls against Scr7, but there was an unusually high amount of lag for a Brit-on-Brit clash, and while Scr7 won more often than I did, I wasn't blown away by his ability.
Brawling him for a second session, he was again a good Meta Knight, though unspectacular. When I played his Meta Knight, we would both go into the high percentages of damage on our last stock. Scr7 beat my Toon Link and Mario once with Meta Knight, and I later beat him with Toon Link. I suppose I'd give myself a -1 matchup against his Meta Knight.
There's variety when it comes to his other characters though. While I may be mistaken, I believe Falco is Scr7's secondary main, as he generally chooses Falco second. I regularly beat his Falco as Mario, partially thanks to Cape. Our most recent 1v1 as these characters resulted in a 2-stock win for me. I've lost a close match against his Fox, and a not-so-close match against his Pikachu. I hadn't fought anybody especially competent with these characters at the time, so I may fare better in future.
Overall, I can see why Scr7 would consider himself pro-amateur, there were times I noticed good knowledge of move choice, like when he angled Pikachu's forward tilt to try and get through my shield, and general Meta Knight skill. If he is a pro-amateur though, he's only just there. Unless he's just reeeeally not used to lag. Which would be odd for someone who lives in a country with no tournament scene beyond the capital city and regularly challenges wiki users to Brawls.
Chilex
Aside from a handful of Brawls with Scr7, Chilex was the first user that I brawled after becoming a R.O.B. main, and I would say I did pretty well. The guy digs the Fire Emblem characters, and mains Marth, with an Ike on the side. There was a Meta Knight at one point too, but I gave it a good mullering. The Marth was pretty good, and was able to hit me with all of his Counters, managing to win a couple of matches. I won more though, perhaps because a character with no projectiles will naturally struggle when faced with my onslaught of Robo Beams and Gyros. Chilex learned to perfect shield the Gyros, but he regularly fell for the Robo Lasers. Generally, if my Robo Lasers didn't connect, it was because I missed, not because he defended himself. I did lose one match partly because I was distracted by someone in a Skype call, but I got a well-deserved No Johns in response.
Funnily enough, Chilex actually won more matches with Ike than he lost. Although I was dealing more attacks throughout, a R.O.B. has to work very hard to KO a heavy character, while Ike just needs a little swish of the sword. I think this cost me in the end, but I still won one of the three matches. I did also win a match with Mario and Olimar, but lost badly with Toon Link.
I noticed a few flaws with Chilex while I played. On occasion, I would start charging a smash attack while completely idle, and Chilex would blindly walk into it and get himself killed. I think I got him with two or three fully charged forward smashes. Something else which held him back; giving up. If Inazuma Eleven has taught me anything, it's to never give up. Chilex was in some pretty diar situations (two stocks down, I'm at 53%), but there's always a chance. I never give up in a Brawl, and I like it when my opponent has the same attitude.
Chilex was still a good opponent, and I was glad to have played him while I still had the chance. You can watch our matches here.
User
I added ReiDemon's friend code way back in 2011. In fact he was one of the first people I ever added on Brawl. We tried to Brawl, but we just couldn't connect, no matter how hard we tried. Over the years, I filled out my friend roster completely, and I had to delete somebody whenever I needed to add a new friend. Despite this, even though I'd never brawled ReiDemon, I could never bring myself to delete him. Partly because his icon on the roster was cool, partly because... well he's a bloody awesome guy.
So you can bet I was surprised when he asked me for a Brawl, the very day before the Wi-Fi was set to go down. I thought to myself; "a chance to Brawl one of the very first people in my friend list, who I've gone my entire life without fighting? Damn straight I'll play!"
Of course, ReiDemon had gotten quite out of practice at the game, and I started things off by 2-stocking him with Bowser. He progressively got better though, and started putting up more of a fight. Towards the end, he even won a few matches, including a three-stock! I won the final match quite convincingly by using R.O.B., but I felt very pleased just to have actually played against the guy. My Wi-Fi can die a happy man.
