Tacs are cat-like ninja-dressed enemies in the Kirby series that acts as the only source of the Copy ability in the games.
In Super Smash Bros. 4
Tacs appear as enemies in the Smash Run game mode for the 3DS. They steal power-ups from the fighters.
Origin
Tac is an enemy in Kirby Super Star and its remake. In those two games, Tac can steal a helper or an ability from Kirby. Funnily enough, Tacs give Kirby the Copy ability when swallowed. This unique version of the Copy ability lets Kirby copy the powers of enemies that are right in front of him. That is, if they actually have abilities to copy.
