Water Shuriken (みずしゅりけん, Mizushuriken) is the name of one of Greninja's special moves in Super Smash Bros. 4. It is a sharp projectile that can damage foes. When charged for a sufficient duration, the move hits multiple times. Though it is chargeable, it can apparently also be spammed, though the weaker shurikens only hit once. Not much more is known about the move yet.

Origin

Water Shuriken is a move introduced in Generation VI of the Pokémon games. It can hit 2 to 5 times, with a base power of 15, 100% accuracy, 20 PP, and has a priority of +1. Water Shuriken is Greninja's signature move, learning it at level 36. If Water Shuriken is not in Greninja's moveset after level 36, it can learn the move again at level 75.
