'''ESAM''' is a South Carolina player, considered one of the best players in the United States, who is the top {{SSBB|Pikachu}} main and one of the top {{SSBB|Ice Climbers}} mains in ''Brawl''. He is {{Sm|Nick Riddle}}'s younger brother as well. He is a member of the [[Brawl Back Room]], a former member of the [[Unity Ruleset Committee]], and the host of the Zero Ping monthly series (located in Hollywood, Florida). ESAM also frequently commentates on the livestream at tournaments. He placed 4th at [[Apex 2012]], defeating one of the top Japanese players, {{Sm|Kakera}} before losing to {{Sm|Nietono}} in the loser's bracket. His match with {{Sm|Kakera}} ended in two of the most famous Ice Climbers [[ditto match]]es in Brawl tournament history.  He has also defeated {{Sm|Vinnie}} 3-0 with his Ice Climbers at [[SKTAR]], earning his first victory over him. ESAM won his first singles national tournament in August 2012 at [[WHOBO 4]], in which he also placed second in doubles, teaming with {{Sm|MVD}}.
