Basically, I rolled like crazy, and attacked right when he bounced off of the ground and usually took him into the air, where he occasionally did a stall-then-fall to his death. I did check the dojo, and yes, it is possible to change the charge up speed, but not the ending lag. I found it ironic that he called me a cheap n00b with no skills just because I rolled a lot lol! Anyway, thank you to everyone, and I encourage everyone to feel free and post specific character issues they are having here.
