::This doesn't solely apply to the music infobox. For example, [[Blaster#Throws|Blaster]] has nothing to do with the music pages. One thing of note is that all the examples you just gave have paragraphs larger than the images beside them. In an instance that the paragraph is bigger than the image next to it, sure, the image can go under the header. But when the image is bigger than the paragraph beside it (i.e. Blaster's Throws sub-section), it is more balanced to put the image above the header, so there's less empty space. All of those examples fit the principle of looking better, not necessarily being below headers.
