A column of fire will surrounds Entei's body when it executes this attack. Any character caught in the column of fire will take damage. The character is also forced towards the top of the screen when he/she gets caught in the column of fire. Entei is a legendary Pokémon so it's appearance is rare. Entei's attack does not harm the summoner.
