+I am tired of seeing reasons that have nothing to with rollback, such as "You've matured since you first came to this wiki". That has nothing to do with rollback. Reasons should be related to Rollback and reverting such as "Your contributions show a good number of reverts, so rollback would help you continue with your reverts." And in my opinion, being active and not being a vandal isn't a good reason. If such was a good reason that could help somebody get promoted, then half of the users here could run.
