'''Gerson''' is a ''[[Smash 64]]'' {{SSB|Pikachu}} player from [[Peru]]. He is often considered one of the greatest Peruvian players of all time and was considered to be one of the best {{SSB|Pikachu}} players in the world at his peak, alongside Alvin, {{Sm|SuPeRbOoMfAn}}, and {{Sm|Mariguas}}, often using a defensive [[spacing]]-based Pikachu playstyle that can lead to long matches. He was first known for winning the Peruvian superregionals {{Trn|Arequipa 2011}} and {{Trn|Tacna Torneo Nacional 2012}}, and has since placed top 4 at every single event he attended aside from {{Trn|Inka Fest 2019}}, notably winning the [[Brazil]]ian superregional {{Trn|UFSmash 3}}. He is infamous for being perhaps the only player in the world to have 4-stocked Isai in Pikachu dittos, as well as being the loser of his infamously long set against {{Sm|SuPeRbOoMfAn}} at {{Trn|Tacna 2014}}.
