Bekvin, formerly Bean, is a Super Smash Bros. Melee Ice Climbers player from Pennsylvania who currently resides in Connecticut. He has been active since 2016 but is better known for his performances in the post-Slippi era. He is one of the best Melee players in Connecticut during this time, debuting on the Connecticut Power Rankings in the Spring 2023 season and eventually ranking 1st by the Summer 2024 season, as well as one of the best Melee player in New England, ranking near the top of the New England Power Rankings since Spring 2023. In addition, he is known for defeating Mang0 at Nounsvitational 2024 and has also defeated Khryke at Wavelength 2024, Skerzo at Mass Madness 44, and Kalvar at The Sauna.
