:No. Modded content requires discussion and consensus to be allowed further coverage as well as discussion on the scope of that coverage. Project M had that discussion years ago (see [[Forum:The Project M debate]]) and the conclusion was to cover the mod in general, characters, players, and tournaments with stuff like stages being ruled as not having enough substance to cover. :Listing temporary transformations or disguises for everyone would be tedious and 99% of the time it isn't relevant to any part of them in Smash. Sheik's disguise is to separate her from Zelda as much as possible so that she isn't found out, and appearing as a man does that and is thus core to her. Saki (to my knowledge) doesn't disguise himself and people seeing him as a woman is not canonical, only done by players and thus isn't relevant.
