This track is a metal-based remix/arrangement of the music for Round 1 & 3 of the ''{{s|wikirby|Gourmet Race}}'' sub-game in ''Kirby Super Star'', which is also the background music for the {{s|wikirby|Sand Canyon 2}} level of ''Kirby's Dream Land 3''.
This track is a metal-based remix of main theme of the ''{{s|wikirby|Gourmet Race}}'' sub-game in ''Kirby Super Star'', which is a recurring theme throughout the ''Kirby'' franchise.

This remix is actually the third remix of the same track in the ''Super Smash Bros.'' franchise; the original ''[[Super Smash Bros.]]'' featured a remix of this track that played on the {{SSB|Dream Land}} stage, which also returned for ''Melee''. ''[[Melee]]'' also featured an original remix of this track on the [[Fountain of Dreams]] stage, which in turn returned for ''Brawl'', the ''Super Smash Bros.'' game this track plays in. This also happens to be the only version of the track officially using the name 'Gourmet Race', as the original version from ''Kirby Super Star'' is known as "Get Up and Go-urmet!" in ''Kirby's Dream Collection''.
