'''Domo''' is a Japanese [[smasher]] and is widely considered Japan's best [[Ice Climbers]] player. Video footage of his performances have been difficult to find, but western Climber enthusiasts agree that no other player out of Japan has shown a comparable level of aptitude.  

Domo plays a [[desync]]-oriented game and his polished technique shows a marked difference in what a competitive player can do in Japan as opposed to that of the Western community. Unlike famous Ice Climber [[main]] [[Chu Dat]], Domo relies very little on [[chaingrabbing]] tactics and instead explores the variety of approaches offered by Popo and Nana behaving independently.  

Certain elements of Domo's desynchronization mastery, such as the advancing [[short hop]] desynched [[ice block]]s, would ultimately contribute to a deeper exploration of the potential [[continous desync]] in the 2006 Canadian tutorial video, ''[[Two Climbers, Two Hands]]''.

Though unconfirmed by the community at large, a video of famous [[Yoshi]] player [[Fumi]] against an unnamed Ice Climbers players is suspected to be Domo. He typically plays in the green Popo costume.
