Instead of opening the wiki to the usual free-for-all vandalism, this year we are going to require users to submit their pranks to the wiki to an administrator beforehand. This will both keep a lid on lame, uninspired jokes, and also help us to enforce accountability (and accuracy) when it comes time to clean up.
