His breakout performance was at {{Trn|Smash Factor 9}}, where he defeated {{Sm|MKBigBoss}} and {{Sm|Sisqui}} in route to a 5th place finish, making him the second Pikachu player to place top 8 at a supermajor; due to this performance and consistently strong results in North America, many players consider ShinyMark to be the current best Pikachu player in the world. Outside of these wins, he has also defeated players such as {{Sm|Sparg0}}, {{Sm|Glutonny}}, {{Sm|MkLeo}}, {{Sm|Gackt}}, {{Sm|Skyjay}}, and {{Sm|SHADIC}}, and is currently ranked 1st on the [[Guatemalan Power Rankings]] and 34th on the [[LumiRank 2023]].
