I updated the description and rules to reflect my current stance. I felt that having a joke rule on there with real rules for my actual talk page was really dumb, so say goodbye to Rule #91.

+Yeah, I forgot about that. It's been a long time since I last used this. I got busy. Part of the reason why I took a break from this, was cause, there's almost nothing new here. Nothing is changing.
